Wear a thin, unlined bra. If you can, get someone else to measure you. If you measure yourself, stand in front of a mirror and practice perfect posture to make sure the tape measure is parallel to the floor.

Every top should fit tight—wearing it to loose won't provide you with the support you need.

The support comes mostly from the band under your bust so it's important that it fits quite close to your ribcage.

Run a tape measure around your ribcage right under your bust.

The viscose fabric is so soft that it feels like you’re wearing nothing, making it perfect for summer, and it will make you feel comfortable, light, and able to move freely.

The refined back on this gorgeous dress will make you feel elegant and beautiful. The back is such a beautiful part of the body, and the spine is such an important part of our body so why not show it off? Especially after doing all those upward-facing dogs, wheel poses, dancer’s poses, and other backbends where you work with your back.

When designing this dress we thought of the Take It Easy Honey lifestyle, which is all about elegance, beauty, and feeling light while also being comfortable. The flowers are an expression of this lifestyle combined with the dreamy feeling we have during a yoga flow.

Fitting:

Whenever possible, we use recycled fabric, and all the fabric is sustainably made in Italy. Each piece is handmade by Charlotte in her atelier in Paris, and almost everything is made on-demand to avoid overproduction.

My teacher used to say: "Take it easy, Honey… but work the hardest possible and you’ll get through this. Trust the process!"
This is the message I want to share with you. Wearing this collection, do your yoga, but take it easy!

Combining my experience as a fashion designer and as a yoga teacher.
My true passion is to create a yoga wear collection that is elegant, allowing you to move freely in the postures and feel like your most magnificent self.
What I love while teaching a yoga class is the effort and elegance students put in every move, every posture. It is such a delicate and beautiful energy that comes from within: a blend of the body flexibility and lightness of the mind.

This was my inspiration to create Take It Easy Honey, a brand where women and men could feel sexy and comfortable wearing activewear that feels great on the skin and is kind to our planet.
Bringing my two universes together just seems to be the perfect balance to create a community who feels inspired, motivated, elegant and free inside and outside, bones to the skin, fingertips to the toes, all over, inside out.
